Our world has been turned upside down. We are in a time of global crisis. It is normal for us to be experiencing mood swings, anxiety, depression, and a whole lot of emotions that need to be released. The most dangerous thing any of us can do right now is to get stressed out and allow our immune system to weaken. Being able to breathe and relax is really important for our nervous and immune systems.

This class will help us to ground and release any tumultuous emotions or excess stress we are all experiencing right now. After emotional release practices, we will use tantric techniques and meditations for deeper relaxation. We will also give you some quick easy tools to continue to use in your regular life when it is convenient. Let’s strengthen our immune systems together for ourselves and the ones we love.

Date: Saturday, April 11, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Cost $25 per person

This class will be held virtually over Zoom and will not involve a partner so it’s perfect for anyone to do right in their own bedroom, garden, or yoga/meditation/living room.
