Something to offer for everyone from the tranquility pool with one of the most gorgeous views on the island, beach, river, cave, waterfall, zip line just to name a few. I will be back!!!!

The staff is INCREDIBLE. The excursions were amazing! A 10 minute walk to the beach, and a pool overlooking the coast 🔥

Returning after five months, this hidden gem continued to exceed my expectations. It's that rare place where you can truly disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself.

The adventures here are unforgettable. Hiking to El Salto del Limón rewarded us with a majestic waterfall where we could swim underneath its cascading waters. Despite my fear of heights, I couldn't resist taking the zip line again, the panoramic views simply take your breath away.

  • What You'll Experience:

    • Morning movement & breath to energize the body — Ease in with all-levels mobility, gentle flow, and breathwork that wakes your cells without rushing you; take what serves you, skip what doesn’t—your pace, your body, your yes.

    • Heart-opening practices to dissolve shame & deepen self-love — Guided somatic inquiry and compassion-based meditations invite softness and courage so stuck stories can unwind and your natural warmth can lead—always invitational, never forced.

    • Connection games for safety, play, and trust — Light, consent-forward prompts (clear yes/no/maybe, opt-in/opt-out every step) create real moments of seeing and being seen—solo, pairs, or small groups—so you can laugh, learn, and land in genuine belonging.

    • Optional evening ceremonies/dances — Choose a quiet circle, sound bath, cacao/tea ritual, or ecstatic dance under the stars; you can celebrate big or integrate softly—both are perfect ways to close the day.

    • Spacious afternoon downtime (pool/ocean/nap) — Float in the pool, wander the beach, book a massage, journal in the shade, or curl up for a hammock nap; this is your sanctuary to restore, explore, or do absolutely nothing.

  • Signature excursions
